IKCEST Solutions to SDGs (支撑SDGs)

Introduction: IKCEST Solutions to SDGs is established to support the realization of UNESCO sustainable development goals by providing knowledge services on SDG.2 Zero Hunger, SDG.3 Good Health and Well-being, SDG.4 Quality Education, SDG.11 Sustainable City and SDG.15 Life on Land for S&T personnels in the developing countries. To provide better services, the application has been upgraded in terms of functions and contents. The layout of the home page has been improved by creating access to SDG.3 Good Health and Well-being, SDG.4 Quality Education and SDG.11 Sustainable City. The unified search is also newly added to support for your searching among the related patents, literatures and news. As for contents of SDG.2, 4, 11 and 15, they are respectively extended to provide experience in alleviating poverty for the developing countries; provide English "Academic Conference Video" and the exclusive education resources and update information on China's top universities; provide reports, initiatives and videos against COVID-19 for policy makers and city management; provide forest, land and soil resources related to engineering science and technology. Moreover, the four goals have been categorized in the top section under each page, such as section 2.3 and 2.4 of SDG.2, which is more convenient for you to search and read. AI Ethics (人工智能伦理)

Introduction: The AI Ethics focuses on the significance of it in the development of AI technology, as well as offers science popularization and frontier trends to the amateurs, staff and scientific research experts in AI technology. It mainly reveals to the users the five major principles of AI Ethics at present: transparency, justice & fairness, non-maleficence, responsibility and privacy. In the home page, we have added the "Recommendation" section in the form of timeline, which shows the process of preparing the first global standard-setting instrument on AI ethics for your reference. We also have upgraded the section of "Different Voices" where you can find views on AI ethics from celebrities, countries and companies. In addition, the "Recommendation" page is newly created to showcase the "Background", "Goal", "Timline", "Principles" and "Comments" of the first global standard-setting instrument on AI ethics. World Heritage Protection (文化遗产保护)

Introduction: The World Heritage Protection focuses on the technology of restoring and protecting the world heritages, further analyses the natural and human causes of the damages to them, and offers corresponding S&T literature and documents to the S&R personnel engaged in the field and the general public interested in it. We have greatly improved to provide you with more professional knowledge service in the field of world heritage protection. Firstly, the home page is equipped with more extensive resources, including "Conservation Technology" and "Events", along with a more clear layout. Besides, we newly create a section on the top left for the typical and excellent projects for professional personnels. In the "List" page, the resources related to heritage protection and technology are categorized by key words and labelling so you can access the data you needed more quickly. As for the "Map" page, it is visualized and the national boundaries of it are weakened by categorizing as the "Mixed Site", "Nature Site" and "Cultural Site". Introduction: The Technology Trending closely follows the development trends of engineering science and technology focused by UNESCO and IKCEST while sharing the latest S&T information. In order to improve the trending analysis in engineering science and technology, we have upgraded the application as follows. In the home page of "Science & Technology Trend", more key S&T "Related Projects" are added, providing you with extensive resources to select from. Besides, you are available to download the "Export Reports". For the section of "UNESCO Focus", the "Radar", "Trend", "News", among other aspects, related to the "Hot Spot" are shown by clicking the item under it, which can make you obtain the related resources at a glance. Weibo Data Set Related to The Drought in China (2019-2021)(与中国干旱相关的微博数据集(2019-2021))

Introduction: Using web crawlers and Weibo API, original Weibo messages were collected with "drought" as the keyword. The following information was extracted: user ID, time-stamp (i.e., the time when the message was posted), text (i.e., the text message posted by a user), and location information. The data format is Excel. The spatial scope is China. The temporal range is from January 1, 2019 to February 11,2021. There are 165,707 Weibo texts.
