国际工程科技知识中心丝路培训基地第61期丝路工程科技发展专项培训顺利举办

The 61st Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development Held by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base

2019年10月21日至10月31日, 由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心(简称“国际知识中心”、“IKCEST”)和西安交通大学主办,IKCEST丝路培训基地承办的第61期丝路工程科技发展专项培训在西安交通大学举行,共有来自巴基斯坦、埃及、坦桑尼亚等18个“一带一路”沿线国家的107名留学生参加了培训。

The 61st IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development was held in Xi’an Jiaotong University from Oct 21st to 31th, 2019. It was co-hosted by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology  under the Auspices of UNESCO (shortened as “International Knowledge Centre”, “IKCEST”) and Xi’an Jiaotong University, and was organized by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. 107 students from 18 Belt-Road countries such as Pakistan, Egypt, Tanzania, etc. participated in the workshop.

本次培训为期9天,由西安交大资深教授团队亲临授课,内容涵盖:跨境电商概论、进口跨境电商选品、商品页面设计、跨境电商物流、大数据处理与深度学习、云计算与大数据分析、信息技术的发展及其商业应用、丝绸之路研究的诞生及发展等内容。

This programme lasted for 9 days. Some of the most experienced teachers from Xi’an Jiaotong University gave lectures on the topics of Introduction to Cross-Border E-CommerceProduct Selection in Cross-border E-commerce:ImportPage Design for CommoditiesLogistic in Cross-border E-commerce, Cloud Computing and Big Data AnalyticsThe Development of Information Technology and Its BusinessThe origin and development of Silk Road studies.

 

此外,培训基地工作人员于10月30日下午带领学员参观了西安国际港务区管委会。国际港务区管委会工作人员带领留学生参观了中欧班列运营中心、西安铁路集装箱中心站及爱菊粮食应急物流基地,加深了留学生对国际港务区管委会及陕西物流发展的了解,也为后期培训合作及吸引“一带一路”优质留学生毕业后在国际港务区管委会就业创业打好基础。

In addition, on the afternoon of October 30th,the trainees visited the Administration Committee of the Xi'an international Trade and Logistic Park. The staff of the Administration Committee led the oversea students to visit the CR Express Operation Center, Xi'an Railway Container Center Station and Aiju Grain Emergency Logistics Base so that students had a further understanding of the Administration Committee and the logistics development of Shaanxi Province. Meanwhile, this visit laid a good foundation for the oversea students who would like to start their own business in Administration Committee of the Xi'an international Trade and Logistic Park after graduation.

目前,IKCEST丝路培训基地已举办61期“丝路工程科技发展专项培训”,共培养了来自100余个国家的近六千名留学生、以及在华外向型企业人员。此次培训是IKCEST丝路培训基地首次在西部科技创新港举办培训,将在培养丝路人才,服务国家“一带一路”倡议方面发挥重要的作用,同时,也为推动文化、科技、教育交流,为丝路沿线和欧亚非地区经济社会发展做出重要贡献。

Up till recently, Silk Road Training Base has held 61 IKCEST Training Programmes for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development, which have cultivated around 6,000 foreign students from more than 100 countries and export-oriented staff from Chinese companies. It is the first training of IKCEST Silk Road Training Base on China’s Western Technological Innovation Harbor. As an important mission of the IKCEST Silk Road Training Base, this training programme plays an important role in cultivating talents and promoting the Belt and Road Initiative. In the meantime, it also made great contributions to the promotion of cultural, scientific and educational exchanges, and the economic and social development of European, Asian and African Belt-road countries.

IKCEST是联合国教科文组织下属二类中心,2014年6月在北京成立,依托中国工程院建设,旨在面向世界各国尤其是发展中国家的政策制定者、广大工程科技工作者提供咨询、科研、教育等知识服务。2017年2月,国际知识中心依托西安交通大学,设立“IKCEST丝路培训基地”,为“一带一路”沿线国家培养工程科技人才。

The International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) is a category II centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST was established on June 2, 2014. The Chinese Academy of Engineering is responsible for the operation and management of the IKCEST. IKCEST aims at providing knowledge-based services at a global scale in the form of consultancies, scientific research and education for policy-makers and engineering science and technology professionals in the world, with particular reference to the developing countries. In February 2017, based in Xi'an Jiaotong University, IKCEST Silk Road Training Base was established, which aims to train more engineering and technological talents for Belt-Road countries.
