摘要：课程设置的目标为有一定基础，准备参加HSK三级与四级考试的留学生。课程设计基于三级与四级的考试题型，进行针对性培训。主要内容分为五部分：语言点与词汇的讲、练（两次课）；听力部分的讲练（1次）；阅读部分的讲练（1次）；写作讲练（1次）；真题讲练（1次）。

陕西省计量科学研究院始建于1958年，是经中共中央中发〔62〕426号文件批准建立的，是西北国家计量测试中心的技术实体,是陕西省人民政府计量行政部门依法设置的法定计量检定机构，隶属陕西省质量技术监督局，县（处）级，是社会公益型全额拨款事业单位。

负责研究、建立和保存部分国家计量工作基准、西北地区和陕西省最高社会公用计量标准；承担西北地区量值传递和量值溯源，保证各种计量器具量值统一、准确一致；承担陕西省计量器具的强制检定工作；接受政府主管部门和国内外有关机构、客户的委托，开展计量器具新产品、进口计量器具的定型鉴定和样机试验、计量校准、公正计量等工作；承担国家和陕西省部分产品的质量监督、仲裁检验任务，为质量技术监督提供技术保证。
