2018年6月25日至6月27日，由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（IKCEST）和西安交通大学联合主办，IKCEST丝路培训基地承办的第38期丝路工程科技发展专项培训在西安交通大学兴庆校区举行，共有来自西安交通大学的50余名在读本科生、研究生参加培训，他们分别来自巴基斯坦、加纳、土耳其等“一带一路”沿线国家。

The 38th IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development themed on HSK 3 Test was held in Xingqing Campus of Xi’an Jiaotong University from June 25th to June 27th. It was co-hosted by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (IKCEST) under the Auspices of UNESCO and Xi’an Jiaotong University, and organized by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. A total of more than 50 foreign undergraduate and graduate students from Xi’an Jiaotong University registered for the workshop. They are from countries along the Silk Road including Pakistan, Ghana, Turkey, etc. 

本期的培训为“HSK三级培训班”，内容设置上共分为HSK 三级词汇大纲解析；HSK三级语言点和例句讲解；HSK三级语法讲解；HSK三级汉字大纲解析；HSK三级语言点与词汇讲解；HSK三级语言点与词汇讲解练习与三级模拟考试练习；一带一路与中国文化。此次培训还安排了赴陕西省计量科学研究院的参观访问。

This workshop focused on the topic of the “HSK 3 Test”. The workshop included lectures such as Vocabulary for HSK3, Language Points and Example Sentences for HSK3, Grammar for HSK3, Chinese Character for HSK3, Language Points and Vocabulary for HSK3, The Chinese Culture and One Belt One Road, Language Points and Vocabulary for HSK3 and Comprehensive Practice for HSK3. The trainees also went on technical visit to Shaanxi Institute of Metrology Science. 

目前，丝路培训基地已举办了38期“丝路工程科技发展专项培训”，共培养了来自90余个国家的两千余名留学生以及在华外向型企业人员。此次培训，作为丝路培训基地一项重要工作，将在培养丝路人才，服务国家“一带一路”倡议方面发挥重要的作用，同时，也为西安交大倡导发起的丝路大学联盟、国际丝路学院等一系列工作探索发展道路。

Till now, there have been 38 IKCEST Training Programmes for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development, which have cultivated more than 2000 foreign students from more than 90 countries and export-oriented staff of Chinese Companies. As an important mission of the IKCEST Silk Road Training Base, this training programme plays an important role in cultivating talents and promoting “the Belt and Road Initiative”. In the meantime, it is also exploring the development direction for projects initiated by XJTU, such as University Alliance of the New Silk Road and Silk Road Academy.

联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（简称“国际知识中心”“IKCEST”）是联合国教科文组织下属二类中心，2014年6月在北京成立，依托中国工程院建设，旨在面向世界各国尤其是发展中国家的政策制定者、广大工程科技工作者提供咨询、科研、教育等知识服务。2017年2月，国际知识中心依托西安交通大学，设立“IKCEST丝路培训基地”，为“一带一路”沿线国家培养工程科技人才。

The International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) is a category II centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST was established on June 2, 2014. The Chinese Academy of Engineering is responsible for the operation and management of the IKCEST. IKCEST aims at providing knowledge-based services at a global scale in the form of consultancies, scientific research and education for policy-makers and engineering science and technology professionals in the world, with particular reference to the developing countries. In February 2017, based in Xi'an Jiaotong University, IKCEST Silk Road Training Base was established, which aims to train more engineering and technological talents for Belt-Road countries.
