摘要:数据挖掘是在大量数据中发现模式的计算过程,它属于机器学习、统计和数据库系统等交叉学科。数据挖掘的总体目标是从一个数据集提取信息并将其转换成一个可以理解的结构以供后续使用。这个专题首先介绍了数据挖掘的基本概念和发展现状。接着,讨论了数据挖掘相关技术的基本原理和功能。最后,针对工业控制中的应用实例——火电厂制粉系统,阐述了如何使用数据挖掘技术实现模糊控制器的设计。

Abstract:Data mining is the computing process of discovering patterns in large data sets involving methods at the intersection of machine learning, statistics, and database systems. The overall goal of the data mining process is to extract information from a data set and transform it into an understandable structure for further use. The presentation firstly introduces the basic concepts and the state-of-the-art of data mining. Then, the principle and the function of some related algorithms are discussed. Finally, for an application in industrial control——pulverizing system of thermal power plant, a data-mining-based fuzzy controller design method is presented.

摘要:机器人是自动执行工作的机器装置,它既可以接受人类指挥,又可以按预先设定程序行动。目前电力机器人的主要任务是协助或取代运行人员完成电力系统的巡检和维护工作。这个专题首先介绍了机器人的发展现状以及电力系统的典型应用。接着,分析了电力机器人目前存在的主要问题。最后,针对以上问题,讨论了电力机器人在感知与控制方面的共性技术。

Abstract: A robot is a machine with being capable of operating a series of actions automatically. Robots can be guided by human or work according to the preset procedures. The main task of the robot for power system is to help or replace the operators to complete the inspection and the maintenance of the power system. The presentation firstly introduces the state-of-the-art of robot and the applications of the robot for power system. Then, some main problems of the robot for power system are analyzed. Finally, the perception and control technology of robot for power system is discussed.

How Could Knowledge be Compatible With Luck?

摘要:盖梯尔之后的哲学家对知识定义的修正集中于试图排除运气,因为他们认为知识与运气是不相容的,运气所具有的偶然性会摧毁知识。对于认知运气的说明,哲学家们从模态和不受控等角度进行了描述。在可错主义的基础上,沿着排除认知运气这一路径,各种解决盖梯尔问题的方案相继被给出,比如无错误根据理论、无本质性的错误根据理论和因果理论。一方面这些方案都成功排除了部分认知运气,另一方面它们还是不能避免其他认知运气。哲学家们逐渐认识到,如果我们坚持运气与知识是不相容的,就会使人类陷于一无所知的境地。因此,知识必定要与某些运气相容,比如命题性运气、存在性运气、能力性运气和证据性运气,而真理性运气则是与知识不相容的。

Abstract:After Gettier, philosophers focus on precluding luck in their rectification and refinement of the definition of knowledge, because in their opinions, luck is incompatible with knowledge, and the accidental nature of luck will destroy knowledge in the roots. With regard to the explication of epistemic luck, epistemologists mainly give their accounts in the view of modality or a state out of control. Adhering to Fallibilism, in the approach of ruling out epistemic luck, philosophers have come up with many solutions to the Gettier Problem, such as the theory of No False Grounds, the theory of No Essential False Grounds and the Causal Theory of Knowing. On the one hand, these approaches have managed to get rid of some kind of luck; on the other hand, they can’t avoid other kinds of luck. Gradually, philosophers begin to realize that if we persist in the incompatibility thesis of knowledge and luck, then there could be little to be known by human beings. Therefore, some philosophers advocate that knowledge must be compatible with some kinds of luck, such as propositional luck, existential luck, facultative luck and evidential luck; only veritic luck is incompatible with knowledge.

摘要:电力电子技术可以简单地看作对电能进行自动控制的学科。本讲座面向的是具有大学学士学位或者正在大学本科学习的工程或非工程专业一般听众,以使他们对什么是电力电子技术有一个基本了解。首先,讲座将依据不同层次的定义、不同侧面的观点以及一个简单的例子来描述并解释电力电子技术的概念。其次,讲座将详细讨论电力电子技术的可能应用领域。其应用领域其实遍及人类社会从工业、人居与商业到交通的每个角落,渗透到了电能流动从发电、输配电到用电的每个阶段。随后,讲座将介绍电力电子技术知识体系的简要分类与内涵。电能系统在现代人类社会所面临重大问题的背景下正在经历重大的变革。最后,讲座将逐一阐述这些变革之下未来电能系统的发展趋势,以及这些发展趋势对电力电子技术带来的挑战。

Abstract: Power electronics can be simply viewed as a discipline about the automatic control of electric energy.  This lecture is intended to be given to general audience that have college degrees or study at undergraduate schools in engineering or non-engineering areas, to let them have a basic understanding of what power electronics is.  Power electronics is firstly described and explained with different levels of definitions, from different view-points, and through a simple example.  Then the possible application areas of power electronics are extensively discussed, which actually are prevailing horizontally in almost every corner of human society, from industry, residence and commerce, to transportations, and penetrating vertically through every stage of electric energy flow from generation, transmission and distribution, to utilization.  A brief classification and elaboration on the knowledge system of power electronics is then introduced.  With the background of some fundamental issues that the modern human society is currently facing, electric power systems have been undergoing significant changes recently.  In the end, a review of the developing trends for future electric power systems is presented, followed by a discussion about the overall challenges in fundamental methods and techniques to power electronics.

摘要:本课程包含三个部分。第一部分关于知识产权概念,包括对版权、专利权、商标权和商业秘密等基本知识点的阐释;第二部分围绕“一带一路”沿线国家知识产权保护状况;第三部分作为重点,将集中于中国知识产权保护状况的介绍,包括知识产权立法、执法和司法状况,以及典型案例分析。

Abstract: There are three sections at this seminar. The first one is about the conception of intellectual property rights, which includes the basic knowledge points of copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret. The second one concentrates on the status of IP protection in the countries along Belt and Road. The third one, as the main part of the seminar, focuses on the Status of China’s IP Protection. It includes introduction of legislation, enforcement, and jurisdiction, and analysis of classic cases.

摘要:微电网是一个由本地的电源、储能装置和负荷有机组成的微型电网,其正常运行时通常与传统的集中式电网同步,但也可以根据物理或者经济方面的运行条件灵活的与主网断开或并网运行。微电网可以有多种不同的应用目的,根据其不同应用情形下的主要目标。它们通常被看作是通过控制分布式能源来应对供电紧急中断或和能源供应局部优化的手段。微电网还提供了一种方法来为偏远地区提供电力供应和使用清洁和可再生能源作为电气化一个系统的方法。

基于IEC/TS 62898-1,报告将介绍和设计微电网的总体规划的指导方针,它主要包括以下几个方面:

1. 微网目的确定及应用;

2. 微电网规划所需的初步研究,包括资源分析、负荷预测、电网规划和电力系统规划;

3. 微电网技术在规划阶段应规定的技术要求;

4. 微网评估以选择最佳微电网规划方案。

Abstract:Microgrid is a localized grouping of electricity sources and loads that normally operates connected to and synchronous with the traditional centralized electrical grid (macrogrid), but can disconnect and function autonomously as physical and/or economic conditions dictate. Microgrids can serve different purposes depending on the primary objectives of their applications. They are usually seen as means to manage grid contingency and local optimization of energy supply by controlling distributed energy resources (DER). Microgrids also present a way to provide electricity supply in remote areas and to use clean and renewable energy as a systemic approach for rural electrification.

Based on IEC/TS 62898-1, the report will introduce the guidelines for the general planning and design of microgrids, it mainly covers the following issues:

1. Determination of microgrid purpose and application;

2. Preliminary study necessary for microgrid planning, including resource analysis, load forecast, DER planning and power system planning;

3. Principles of microgrid technical requirements that should be specified during planning stage;

4. Microgrid evaluation to select an optimal microgrid planning scheme.

Introduction to Experimental Base for Electrical Apparatus

 

电器实验基地是“985计划”电气工程学科平台的重点项目,并得到“211工程”、国家重点实验室专项经费的支持,是国内外电器领域基础理论和应用研究的前沿阵地,基地依托国家重点学科,涵盖电器电弧基础理论、电器分断与绝缘技术、电器智能化理论与应用等研究方向,并着力于解决电器新产品、新技术研发的关键问题,已形成具有国际水平的交、直流开端理论于技术,并完成了大容量直流断路器和高压真空断路器的研发,成为具有创新示范作用的研究平台和人才培养基地。

实验基地现具备大容量交、直流断流试验系统和成套绝缘耐压试验设备,配备多种现金的测量,测试仪器及自研专有设备,可满足电器基础研究和标准测试需要。

As the key construction project of the “985 plan” electrical engineering platform, the base is supported by the “211 Project” and the special funds of the State Key Laboratory and constructed to promote the development of the basic theory and application research in the field of electrical apparatus within the word wild. Relying on the state key discipline, Experimental base focuses on the research areas including the fundamental theory of electrical apparatus, the theory of intelligent apparatus and its applications, Based on the basic researches, the base works to resolve the key problems during the R&D of the new products and advance the technical innovations for the manufacturing industry, which has formed the AC/DC interrupting theory and technology with international standards and completed the R&D in DC circuit-breaker and high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker with high capacity. Now, the base has become a training center and promoted the development of the electrical industry.

The base can meet the demand of the basic research and the standard test with the equipment as follows: the AC/DC interrupting experiment platforms, the insulation voltage test sets, the variety of advanced measurement and test systems and self-development equipment.
