2018年6月8日至6月10日,由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心(IKCEST)和西安交通大学联合主办,IKCEST丝路培训基地承办的第35期丝路工程科技发展专项培训在西安交通大学兴庆校区举行,共有来自西安交通大学的30余名在读本科生、研究生参加培训,他们分别来自哈萨克斯坦、埃塞俄比亚、坦桑尼亚等“一带一路”沿线国家。

The 35th IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development themed on Cutting Edge of the Electrical Engineering was held in Xingqing Campus of Xi’an Jiaotong University from June 8th to June 10th. It was co-hosted by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (IKCEST) under the Auspices of UNESCO and Xi’an Jiaotong University, and organized by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. A total of more than 30 foreign undergraduate and graduate students from Xi’an Jiaotong University registered for the workshop. They are from countries along the Silk Road including Kazakhstan,Ethiopia,Tanzania, etc. 

本期的培训为“电气前沿知识培训班”,内容设置上共分为电力机器人感知与控制共性技术;“一带一路”知识产权保护、简要介绍电力电子技术;优雅地驾驭电能的办法;盖梯尔后的认知运气问题研究;高电压技术的过去、现在与未来、微电网规划通用技术导则。另外还安排了绝缘国家重点实验室或大电流开断实验室的参观访问。

This workshop focused on the topic of the Cutting Edge of the Electrical Engineering. The workshop included lectures such as Perception and Control of Robot for Power System, Belt and Road Intellectual Property Protection, An Introduction to Power Electronics: The Way of Harnessing Electric Energy Elegantly;,Epistemic Luck After Gettier: How Could Knowledge Be Compatible With Luck?Past, present and future of High Voltage Engineering. The trainees also went on technical visit to State Key Laboratory of Electrical Insulation and Power Equipment. 

目前,丝路培训基地已举办了35期“丝路工程科技发展专项培训”,共培养了来自90余个国家的两千余名留学生以及在华外向型企业人员。此次培训,作为丝路培训基地一项重要工作,将在培养丝路人才,服务国家“一带一路”倡议方面发挥重要的作用,同时,也为西安交大倡导发起的丝路大学联盟、国际丝路学院等一系列工作探索发展道路。

Till now, there have been 35 IKCEST Training Programmes for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development, which have cultivated more than 2000 foreign students from more than 90 countries and export-oriented staff of Chinese Companies. As an important mission of the IKCEST Silk Road Training Base, this training programme plays an important role in cultivating talents and promoting “the Belt and Road Initiative”. In the meantime, it is also exploring the development direction for projects initiated by XJTU, such as University Alliance of the New Silk Road and Silk Road Academy.

联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心(简称“国际知识中心”“IKCEST”)是联合国教科文组织下属二类中心,2014年6月在北京成立,依托中国工程院建设,旨在面向世界各国尤其是发展中国家的政策制定者、广大工程科技工作者提供咨询、科研、教育等知识服务。2017年2月,国际知识中心依托西安交通大学,设立“IKCEST丝路培训基地”,为“一带一路”沿线国家培养工程科技人才。

The International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) is a category II centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST was established on June 2, 2014. The Chinese Academy of Engineering is responsible for the operation and management of the IKCEST. IKCEST aims at providing knowledge-based services at a global scale in the form of consultancies, scientific research and education for policy-makers and engineering science and technology professionals in the world, with particular reference to the developing countries. In February 2017, based in Xi'an Jiaotong University, IKCEST Silk Road Training Base was established, which aims to train more engineering and technological talents for Belt-Road countries.
